My Mission
Let’s bring the change and come together in the upcoming elections to replace the current board with a responsible team that actually cares! I also want to make sure we take measures to bring better security to our community and reduce our HOA spending by having a competent board and a competent property management company. I would rally to get our HOA money back by going after the neglects and incompetencies of the Silvercreek property management company.

Dear Fellow Residents, I am reaching out to call for a change! I own unit #1706 but unfortunately unable to live there since August 2024 because our HOA board and Silvercreek, having prior knowledge of sewage issues, let my unit get destroyed with sewage back flow. They made me work for three months to prove their own fault and incompetence denying any ownership, throughout. After three months of hazardous waste exposure to my family, they accepted the responsibility, but soon gutted out the unit making it uninhabitable in Oct 2024 and is still uninhabitable! See some pictures on the right.
Since then, I spend hours every week making calls, writing mails and calling for HOA board meetings to only see Silvercreek and Board make little to no progress. It was my repeated calls which led for board to finally hold the last make up session after cancelling it last minute with the intent to avoid it altogether. Is this what we need, an HOA board which is only good at hiding and avoiding responsibility? Board and Silvercreek knew about the sewage problems, let multiple units get destroyed, piling up the reconstruction costs, and then they increased the HOA dues to make up for their joint incompetencies. I know some of you were also affected by the sewage back flow and I sympathize with you. That is why I want to work with you to make sure to not let Silvercreek and HOA board do this to you too. Last ten months of difficult times for me could happen all over again to any one of us since the original sewage issue was never addressed.
Let’s bring the change and come together in the upcoming elections to replace the current incompetent and inefficient board with a responsible team that actually cares! I also want to make sure we take measures to bring better security to our community and reduce our HOA spending.
